I forgot about this again!

Shop closing went okay. Currently getting new bits and pieces together for a website and a photo shoot to make into adverts for my jewellery
I've just got a new full time job! YAY!! I've never had a real full time job, I've always had part time with over time hours so this is quite a novelty for me :)
This job also means I can move out of home in January. Hopefully a nice house in a quiet village with a decent bus service! With only one bus to work! not two!

It feels like everything is finally coming together and all bad luck is behind me and everything could be good for me for a while!

Ooopsie!

I keep forgetting I've got this blog here. It's a bit neglected and dusty.
I'm closing my jewellery store down for a while. I think it needs a total overhaul of product and pictures, everything really. I'll be re-opening it in November once I've moved house.

I've been finding some fabulous new pendants to wholesale on Etsy. Their all so talented on there. I want my store to blow everyone else out of the water and look fabulous!

I still don't know what to write about in a blog! It's a bit weird. I'm going to end this one here.

Closer!

It's getting closer and closer to Saturday. I've got all my plans ready, I know where I'm going and what display things I'm taking.

Had a strange dream last night that Elliot....the one on the right... was walking on his hind legs. Very strange indeed!!

Getting ready for Saturday!

As I sit here in my bedroom surrounded by beads and business cards and general stuff, I'm getting very excited for the small craft fair I'm going to at Peach and Pear in Leeds on saturday.
I've asked for advice on various forums and the help I've recieved as been amazing!! It would be hard for me to find more generous helpful people anywhere!

First post!

I've never really written a blog before but there's no better time than the present to start!

As of today i am giving myself 1 month to get Trailblazer Jewellery off the ground, before I have to go find a new job! Obviously I'm hoping it all goes well as I'm one of those people who dreads being stuck in a boring 9-5.

I've set goals and things to get done each week which should keep my plans on track.

This month - Earning enough to put off a 9-5
Next month - World domination! (okay not really, maybe just a little bit better than this month)

I'm not hugely sure what to write in this, do I write about myself or when i finish setting up my profile do I do it there?

I'll give you the basics about me just incase it takes me a while to figure out what to do...

I'm Carrie, I'm 19 and live in a very small village about 20miles from York in North Yorkshire, England. This village is so small it doesn't even have a post office! Bu we do have a red telephone box :D
I did a BTEC in Fashion & Clothing at Selby College from 05-07 and got grades MMM. I've always loved making things.
I started Trailblazer Jewellery last September after seeing how well my parents have managed their own company, I figured if they can do it so can I!

And so here I am.
